1. Operating Theatre Nurse (Orthopaedic)

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe perioperative nursing care to patients
  • Perform anaesthetic, scrub and circulating duties
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • At least two years’ experience in the related field is required for this position.

2. Clinic Staff Nurse

Responsibilities

  • Handling registrations, booking of appointments and cashiering
  • Attending to all enquiries, feedbacks and complaints, if any
  • Providing and educating patients and visitors on health grants and medical assistance information
  • Filing of insurance and Medisave claims
  • Work with a variety of patients for orthopaedic care
  • Prepare patient for, and assist with, examinations and treatments
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Provide financial counselling for patients who require surgery

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • At least two years’ experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Patient Service Associate

Responsibilities

  • Handling registrations, booking of appointments and cashiering
  • Attending to all enquiries, feedbacks and complaints, if any
  • Providing and educating patients and visitors on health grants and medical assistance information
  • Generating invoices and receipt of medical fees
  • Involved in workflow processes to ensure smooth operations of day to day duties
  • Filing of insurance and Medisave claims
  • Assist Nurses and Doctors in administrative and clinical support e.g. dispensing of medication, coordination and arrangements of scans / tests etc
  • Explain appointments and procedures to patients.

Requirements

  • Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Office)
  • Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge in other dialects will be an asset
  • Mature and possess a strong sense of commitment and dedication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Singapore Citizen or Singaporeans Permanent Residents may apply
4. Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

  • Conduct an assessment of the needs of clients
  • Formulate a diagnosis and plan appropriate goals and treatment
  • Implement physical therapy intervention
  • Evaluate the intervention with appropriate outcome measures
  • Provide consultation within their expertise and refer to other health care professionals when deemed necessary
  • Where movement and function are affected by ageing, injury or disease, physiotherapists aim to maximise the quality of lives of individuals through promotion, prevention and rehabilitation. This includes the physical, psychological, emotional and social well-being of their clients, large families, caregivers as well as the communities and population at large.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree qualification in Physiotherapy and certified with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
  • At least three years’ experience in a related field is required for this position.

5. Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist

Responsibilities

  • Conduct an assessment of the needs of clients
  • Formulate a diagnosis and plan appropriate goals and treatment
  • Assess and manage patients referred for occupational therapy independently

  • Implement appropriate treatment plans and comply to clinical standards

  • Provide timely review of patients in the continuum of care

  • Document patient’s progress and records accurately

  • Practice within areas of professional competence

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and certified with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

  • At least three years’ experience in a related field is required for this position.
